Catherine originated the role of Maria Elena Santos in the world premiere of Always Remember, the definitive musical about the Cuban-American experience by Marilyn Morales, presented at the Dennis C. Moss Cultural Arts Center.

Catherine performed in the Ensemble of Mamma Mia! at Seminole Theatre, also understudying the roles of Sophie, Ali, and Lisa. The production won Best Musical and Best Ensemble Performance at the 2022 BroadwayWorld Miami Metro Awards.
